Targeted exercise can help improve strength, mobility, and confidence with lower spine movement. We focus on gradually building your capacity and mobility while also managing symptoms and pain.
Exercise physiology can help reduce pain, improve joint strength and mobility, and support you to stay active. Individualised exercise can be adapted to your ability and goals.
Regular exercise can support mental wellbeing, improve mood and energy levels, and provide structure and confidence. Exercise Physiology can help make movement feel achievable, regardless of your starting point.
Exercise rehabilitation can help restore shoulder strength, movement, and function while gradually reducing pain. Exercises can help improve your ability to lift overhead, carry items and use your shoulder freely again.
A structured rehabilitation program can help you recover from injury, rebuild strength and confidence, and prepare for a safe return to sport. We focus on addressing the root cause of the injury and bulletproofing the body for a return to sport.
Exercise can help improve strength, balance, mobility, and independence for people living with neurological conditions such as Parkinson's, Cerebral Palsy or Post-Stroke. We focus on the tasks you find difficult and tailor your exercise program towards improving these movements.
Exercise can improve blood sugar control, support weight management, and reduce the risk of long-term health complications. An Exercise Physiologist can create a realistic and sustainable plan tailored to you.
Exercise Physiology can support your recovery following a workplace injury by rebuilding strength, mobility, and functional capacity. The goal is to help you safely return to work and the activities that matter to you in a safe and supportive way.
Whatever your injury or condition, we can develop an individualised exercise program tailored to your needs and goals
